How long after the transaction is deducted from my account?

After the user makes the purchases, the card's spending history will show a pending credit purchase record.
Billing time is approximately 7-15 business days, and the card spending history will show the credited spending records.

The transaction may be declined for the following reasons:

  • Exceeded daily spending limit: The daily spending limits for the Alpha, Sigma, and Delta cards are $10,000 USD, $300,000 USD, and $100,000 USD, respectively. Transactions exceeding these limits will be declined.

  • Merchant type restrictions: Certain payment scenarios and third-party platforms may not be supported (for example, Alpha Card supports Apple Pay, but may not support certain specific platforms or merchants).

  • Cross-border fee restrictions: If the transaction involves cross-border spending, be aware of BenPay Card's FX fees (for example, the cross-border fee for the Alpha Card is 1.5%).

  • Insufficient balance: The Alpha Card has a maximum balance of $200,000 USD. The Sigma and Delta cards have no balance limits. Please ensure your account has sufficient funds.

If none of the above applies but the transaction is still declined, it may be due to other reasons, such as the card being frozen, which prevents payments. In this case, please contact official customer support.

If the balance in your Sigma account is insufficient to cover the monthly fee, what specific impacts will occur?

If your account fails to have the monthly fee successfully deducted for three consecutive months, the card will be forcibly canceled. After cancellation, you will no longer be able to use the card for any transactions. To avoid affecting your usage,  please ensure your account always contains sufficient funds to deduct the monthly fee.

How does the On-Chain Yield Card generate on-chain yield?

The On-Chain Yield Card enables idle funds to earn interest on-chain by connecting the available balance in card accounts to decentralised finance (DeFi) protocols.

The specific mechanism is as follows:

    1. Automatic Participation of Account Balance

When the user activates the on-chain interest generation function, the balance of the card account will automatically participate in on-chain interest generation according to system rules, without the need for additional operations by the user.

    2. On-Chain Execution
All funds operate through on-chain protocols. The yield generation process is transparent and verifiable, with returns generated dynamically based on the protocol’s underlying mechanisms.

    3. Seamless Integration of Payments and Value-Added Services
During participation in on-chain interest-bearing activities, card account balances may be transferred to card balances for unrestricted spending. The on-chain interest-bearing functionality operates independently of daily payment transactions.

    4. Automatic Settlement of Earnings
Yields generated from on-chain activities are settled according to system rules and credited to the card account balance. Users can monitor these earnings at any time. And the card's annualized return starting from 3%
