On the BenPay official website homepage, go to your Wallet Information → Click Identity Verification.
- On the verification homepage, under “Basic Verification,” select “ Email Verification.
receive the verification code, and complete verification. (Note: Make sure your email format is correct.)

After successful verification:

The phone number/email will be bound to your account

A blue V1 badge will appear on the right side of your avatar

Apply for V1 Verification via Mobile Phone Verification
1. On the real-name authentication homepage, select "Mobile Verification" under "Basic Authentication."
2. Enter your mobile phone number ➡️ Check the box to acknowledge the agreement ➡️ Receive the verification code to complete the process. (Note: Make sure the country/region corresponding to the mobile phone number is correct.)
