During the BenPay Card application process, users need to complete the Security Deposit payment on the Pay Card Issuance Fee page.
The Security Deposit amount will be displayed together with other payment details, including the Card Issuance Fee, top-up amount, and fees. You can review all charges before confirming the payment.
Payment Process
Step 1: Go to the BenPay Card Application Page
Open the BenPay Card application page and select the card type you would like to apply for, such as Alpha Card, Delta Card, or Sigma Card.

Step 2: Go to the Payment Page
After entering the Pay Card Issuance Fee page, the system will display the Security Deposit amount required for the selected card.
The payment page typically includes the following information:

Top-up Amount
-
Received Amount
-
Fees
-
Card Issuance Fee
-
Total Amount Due
Please confirm that all amounts are correct before making the payment.

Step 3: Complete Payment
After confirming the payment details, click the Pay button to complete the payment.
Once the payment is successful, the Security Deposit will be credited to your BenPay Card Security Deposit account and will remain held during your card usage period.


Step 4: Enter Card Application Information
Follow the instructions on the page to provide your identity information and card application details, then submit your application.


Step 5: Card Activation Completed
After your card is successfully issued, you can view your card details and Security Deposit status on the My Card page.

Will the Security Deposit Be Refunded If I Cancel My Card Application or My Application Is Not Approved?
Yes.
If you cancel your card application during the application process, or if your card application is not approved, the paid Card Issuance Fee, Security Deposit, and top-up amount will be refunded to your payment wallet.
