How to Top Up Your AI API Balance?

What Is AI API Balance?

AI API Balance is the USD balance used to access BenPay AI API.

When you make model requests, the system automatically deducts fees from your AI API USD balance based on the selected model pricing and actual token usage.

Note: AI API USD Balance can only be used for BenPay AI API requests. It does not support withdrawals, transfers, conversion into wallet assets, or usage across other BenPay product modules.

Which Assets Are Supported for Top-Up?

The supported top-up assets and networks are subject to the options displayed on the payment page.

Currently, the platform supports cryptocurrencies including USDT, USDC, BTC, and ETH for AI API top-ups.

Step 1: Access the Top-Up Section

Click Top Up in the overview card to enter the top-up page.

Step 2: Select Top-Up Amount

You can choose a fixed amount or enter a custom amount.

The minimum amount for custom top-ups is $1. The actual minimum top-up amount is subject to the information displayed on the page.

Step 3: Confirm Top-Up Details

After clicking Top Up, a confirmation window will appear.

Please review the information carefully before proceeding.

After confirming that all details are correct, click Confirm and Proceed to Payment.

Step 4: Complete Payment

The system will create a top-up order and redirect you to the checkout page.

Select a supported network and cryptocurrency to complete the payment.

Once the payment is successful, the funds will be credited to your AI API USD Balance.

Step 5: How to View API Usage Details?

In the overview card, click View Details in the Token Usage section to access the usage details page.

You can filter API usage records by:

Time
Model
Status
