The On-Chain Direct Deposit operation and process for the App and Web is basically the same. Here, we will only demonstrate the Web version.
Note: The cross-chain fee is a natural on-chain operational cost. BenPay does not charge any deposit fees.

Navigate to the Deposit Page

Open the BenPay official website in your browser:

After logging in, click [Deposit] in the top-right corner → [Cryptocurrency Top Up]. Alternatively, go to the Dashboard and click Cross-Chain Deposit.

Proceed to Deposit

On the deposit page, choose the Deposit Token (USDT or USDC) and the Network.

Currently, USDT/USDC supports the following networks: ETH, BSC, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, SOL, and TRON.

After selecting the network, you can either scan the QR code or copy the address to deposit.

Attention:

The deposit amount must be greater than the on-chain gas fee. You can refer to the suggested amount prompted on the page.

Check if the contract address is correct. Deposits to the wrong address cannot be recovered.

View Your Assets

After the deposit is complete, click on [Asset Dashboard] at the top to view the credited asset.
