Message Types & Limits
| Type | Parameter | Description |
| Text Message | txt | Text message contains text, hyperlinks, emojis, etc. Emoji messages are implemented as text messages. Max size: 5 KB. |
| Image Message | img | Image attachments uploaded to the message server. Recipients automatically download image thumbnails. Max size: 10 MB. |
| Audio Message | audio | Audio attachments uploaded to the message server. Recipients automatically download audio. Max size: 10 MB. |
| Video Message | video | Video attachments uploaded to the message server. Recipients download video thumbnails (Web version has no thumbnails). Max size: 10 MB. |
| Custom Message | custom | Developer-defined message type. Supports setting a type name and multiple custom message types. Use cases: red packets, template messages, etc. |
| Pass-through Message | cmd | Command messages that notify the recipient to perform an action. Not displayed in the UI. Max size: 5 KB. |
Note: Attachments (images, audio, video, and other files) are stored for 7 days by default.
Message Operations

Long press menu: Copy, Recall (within 2 minutes), Quote, Edit (text only, up to 10 times), Delete, Forward.

Failed message handling: Tap the exclamation mark to resend, or long press to delete and resend.
Stranger Message Restrictions

According to the recipient's "Who can message me" settings, strangers can send one message per day until the recipient replies or follows back.
