Overview
If you encounter suspected fraudulent or other unauthorized transactions on your Delta Card, you can apply for a chargeback. We will assist you in submitting the application to the card issuer for processing.
Operational Process

Download and Fill Out the Application Form Please download the "Delta Card Transaction Chargeback Application Form" below and fill in the relevant information for the transaction you wish to dispute, as per the form's requirements.

Submit Application Please send the completed application form to us by submitting a ticket or contacting customer service. We will then submit it to the card issuer for further processing.
Important Notes

Chargeback Fee: A fee of $25 will be incurred for each transaction chargeback application.

Fee and Processing Time: Please note, if the chargeback processing period exceeds 30 days, the chargeback fee will be deducted regardless of whether the chargeback is successful or not.
