The BenPay Card Security Deposit is a security fund paid by users when applying for a BenPay Card. It is used to enhance the stability of card transaction settlement and provide users with a more reliable card experience across scenarios such as subscription services, online payments, and cross-border spending.
The Security Deposit does not affect your regular card usage. Daily payments will continue to be deducted from your card balance, and the Security Deposit will not be used directly for everyday transactions.
If you cancel your card in the future, the Security Deposit will be refunded in two installments according to the applicable refund rules, provided that the refund eligibility requirements are met.
