BenPay has designed an on-chain red envelope transfer for social scenarios, similar to those on WeChat. Users can send regular red envelopes, password red envelopes, exclusive red envelopes, lottery red envelopes, and group-buying red envelopes. This feature fills a gap in on-chain social networking in the Web3 field, can enhance the relationship between Web3 users, and allow more users to enter the Web3 field.
Regular Red Envelope: Users must pay a Gas fee and set a password when sending red envelopes. The limit for sending red envelopes is 10 times per minute for the same IP or address, with a maximum of 50 red envelopes sent. For other users wanting to grab red envelopes, the limit is 10 times per minute for the same IP address. The default currency is BUSD, and you can select BUSD, BJPY, or BFC. The default validity period is 24 hours. Users can set equal or random amounts.
Password red envelope: When users send red envelopes, they set relevant collection passwords, such as "Happy New Year 2025". Individuals or groups who receive red envelopes must enter the correct password to prevent them from being collected by unauthorized individuals. The frequency of password red envelope input is 10 times a minute.
Lottery Red Envelope: Users can enter the lottery red envelope in the BenPay App and fill in the number of red envelopes, total amount, lottery time, and lottery number, among other details. The default currency is BUSD, with optional options of BUSD, BJPY, or BFC. The validity period defaults to 24 hours. If the user sets a password, the envelope is password-protected; otherwise, it is a regular red envelope. The password input frequency is 10 times a minute.
Group buying red envelopes: Users can also initiate group buying red envelopes, set the number of shares and the amount of each share, and open red envelopes when the number of shares meets the conditions. Participants will have the opportunity to win a corresponding lucky draw based on the number of shares they purchase. The default currency is BUSD, and all other currencies are also supported.
