Open the BenPay Card page and select the card you would like to close.
Select Close Card
Enter the card closure confirmation page.
Step 2: Complete Pre-Closure Verification
The system will check the following information:

Card balance

Card closure fee

Pending transactions

Potentially linked subscription platforms

Other confirmation items
If any issues are detected, the page will provide instructions based on the specific situation.
Step 3: Review Security Deposit Refund Information
The card closure confirmation page will display Security Deposit refund details, including:

First refund amount
-
Second refund amount
-
Estimated refund arrival time
-
Refund-related notes
Please carefully review the information displayed on the page.
Confirm Closure Requirements
After reading and confirming the card closure instructions, check the required confirmation items.
Step 6: Submit Card Closure Request
Enter your password and confirm the card closure request.
After submission, the card will enter the card closure process. During this period, you can view the card status and refund progress on the My Card page.
How to Check Your Security Deposit Refund Progress?
After your card enters the card closure process, you can view the refund status on the My Card page.
Navigation Path
BenPay → Card → My Card → Select a card that is being closed or has been closed → View Refund Details
In Refund Details, you can view information including the first refund, second refund, refunded amount, pending refund amount, and estimated refund arrival time.
