You need to connect your wallet first and complete identity verification. After your verification is approved and you meet the required rules, you can claim your BenFen ID.
Note: BenFen ID verification is currently not supported for ZK login accounts or on mobile devices. Please use a non-ZK login method and complete the verification process on desktop.
Step 1: Enter the BenFen ID Page
After entering the BenFen ID page, the system will display different prompts based on your current status:

Wallet not connected: You need to connect your wallet first;

Not verified: You need to complete identity verification first;

Verified: You can view your verification status and public information;

Verified but local identity file missing: You need to sync your identity file;

Verification status needs to be updated: You can update your verification status according to the page prompt.
Step 2: Click the Identity Verification Entry
On the BenFen ID homepage, click the Verify / Create BenFen ID entry to enter the identity information page.
Step 3: Fill in Your Identity Information
Please fill in your real identity information according to the page requirements. This usually includes:

Name;

Nationality;
-
Date of birth;
-
Gender;
-
Document type;
-
Document number;
-
Document expiration date;
-
Document photo.
Please make sure the information you enter matches your identity document. Otherwise, the verification may fail.
Step 4: Upload Your Document and Complete Liveness Verification
After filling in your identity information, you need to upload your document photo according to the page instructions and complete liveness verification.
Liveness verification is used to confirm that you are the real applicant and that you match the document holder.
Step 5: Wait for the Verification Result
After submission, the system will verify your identity information. The verification result will be displayed on the page.
If the verification fails, please modify the information or resubmit according to the page prompt.
Common reasons for failure include:

Document photo is missing or unclear;

Document has expired;

Age requirement is not met;

Identity information does not match the document;

Security verification failed;

Submission timed out.
Step 6: Claim Your BenFen ID
After your verification is approved, if you meet the official rules, the page will prompt you to claim your BenFen ID.
After claiming it successfully, you can view your verification status and related public information on the homepage.
