Everyone: Strangers can send up to 1 message per day.

People I Follow: Only users you follow can send messages; no limit on the number of messages.

Mutual Followers: Users with mutual follow relationships can send messages without limit.

Disabled: Private messaging is completely turned off for others.
Information Hiding & Protection
Hide follow/follower lists
When enabled, other users cannot see your follow or follower relationships.
Phone number/email display rules
When viewed by others, the email shows the first 2 letters and the domain; the phone shows the last 4 digits.
