Before applying for a card, you must create and connect your BenPay wallet. zkLogin (using Apple or Google account) one-click login is supported; for details, please refer to the How to Create Your BenPay Wallet (Wallet Connection).
1. Access the Application Portal
Visit the official BenPay Card application page: https://www.benpay.com/card/. Connect your wallet and click Apply Now.

3. Pay the Issuance Fee & Submit Information
In the pop-up top-up dialog, enter your top-up amount:
If your balance is insufficient, top up first.
After paying the issuance fee, please complete your personal details and click 'Submit & Activate'.
4. Await Approval
After approval, you will become a BenPay Card holder, and each card can enjoy a spending limit starting from $200,000 USD.
