Why wasn’t my order successfully matched?

The most common reason is the imbalance between supply and demand in the current matching cycle. For example, if there are far more borrowers (and borrowing volume) than depositors (and deposit volume), your loan order may not be filled. Unfilled orders automatically enter the next matching cycle.
 

How are renewal orders prioritized compared to new orders?

To ensure a better experience for existing users, renewal orders are given higher matching priority than new orders.
