FAQ

  1. Why did my message fail to send?
Message sending may fail for the following reasons. Please check each one:
  • The recipient's private message permissions prevent it.
  • The message exceeds the allowed sending limit.
  • The network connection is unstable.
If none of these issues apply, please contact official customer support for further assistance. We will help investigate the specific cause.
  1. Why did sending images or files fail?
  • Text or images exceed size limits (text ≤5 KB, images ≤10 MB).
  • Unsupported file types.
  • Network instability.
  1. Why can't I join a group chat?
  • Public group: If the group is in default status, your join request requires approval from the admin. If not in default status, you can join freely.
  • Private group: If the group is in default status, you must be invited by a regular member to join. If not in default status, joining is not allowed.
  1. Why can't I play audio/video?
  • Check network, storage permissions, and whether the app was cleared in the background.
  • Attachments are stored for 7 days. If this period has passed, the server may have deleted them. Playback failure is normal in this case. Please save important files to your local album or cloud storage promptly after sending or receiving.
  1. How do I search for a user or group?
  • Tap the search icon on the top-right of the messages page.
  • Enter text to search.
  • Results are highlighted in blue. Search scope:
    • Contacts (local chats, followed users, followers), searchable by nickname, remark, or ID.
    • Group chat names (local chats), searchable by nickname, remark, or ID.
    • Global user/group IDs: ID search only.
Note: Only numeric or alphabetic input triggers a global user search.
