Bridge Out

  • Network Compatibility: BenFen, BTC, ETH, BSC, SOL, TRON, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base
  • Token Support: BUSD, BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB

Note: The following guide primarily demonstrates the web-based bridge-out process. The process on the App is basically the same; you just need to enter the cross-chain bridge address in the DApp browser of your third-party wallet.
Step 1: Access the Bridge and Select Assets
  1. Open the official BenFen Bridge address in your browser: https://www.benpay.com/bridge
  2. On the bridge page, click "Transfer Out," and select the token you need to bridge out, as well as the destination chain and the corresponding token.

Step 2: Connect Wallets
  1. First, click [Connect Benfen Mainnet Wallet] and log in to your BenPay wallet using one of the three available methods:
    1. ZK-Login (Recommended — Create & log in with your Google or Apple ID)
    2. OB-Wallet (MPC Wallet)
    3. Mnemonic Phrase
  2. Then, click [Connect (Destination Chain) Wallet].
    1. Note: For web-based operations, you must first install the wallet extension for the corresponding destination chain in your browser.
  • Wallet Support Details:
    • EVM Chains: Supports mainstream wallet extensions like MetaMask.
    • BTC Chain: Supports OB/OKX wallet extensions.
    • BenFen Chain: Supports the three BenPay login methods mentioned above.

Step 3: Enter Details and Confirm Transaction
  1. After successfully connecting both wallets, enter the amount you wish to bridge out.
  2. Click [Confirm Trade] and follow the steps in your wallet extension to confirm the transaction.
  • Fee Explanation:
    • Cross-chain Service Fee: This is a variable fee charged by the bridge service, with the following rules:
      • 0.05%: For bridging BUSD from BenFen to ETH, Base, Optimism, Polygon, Arbitrum, AVAX-C, Solana, BSC.
      • 5 USDT: A fixed fee for bridging BUSD from BenFen to Tron.
      • BTC Mainnet Gas Fee: For bridging BTC from BenFen, the service fee is the actual network gas fee of the BTC mainnet at that time.
    • Network Gas Fee: This is the gas fee required to initiate the out-flow transaction on the BenFen chain.
      • Payment Rule: The system will prioritize using BFC from your wallet to pay the gas fee. If your BFC balance is insufficient, it will automatically use BUSD instead.

Step 4: View Records and Confirm Arrival
After submitting the transaction, you can scroll down on the current page to view the record and status of this and past cross-chain transactions.
