The Cross-Chain Withdrawal operation and process for the App and Web is basically the same. Here, we will only demonstrate the Web version.
Note: The cross-chain fee is a natural on-chain operational cost. BenPay does not charge any withdrawal fees.
1. Navigate to the Withdrawal Page

Open the BenPay official website in your browser:

After logging in, click [Asset Dashboard] in the top-left corner → [Cross-Chain Withdrawal].
2. Fill in Withdrawal Information

On the Cross-Chain Withdrawal page, select the token for withdrawal (BTC, USDT, USDC) and the network chain.

Currently, USDT/USDC supports the following networks: ETH, BSC, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, SOL, and TRON.

After selecting the network, fill in the receipt address and the amount of withdrawal.

Attention:

The withdrawal amount must be greater than the on-chain gas fee. You can refer to the suggested minimum withdrawal amount prompted on the page.

Check if the contract address is correct. Withdrawals to the wrong address cannot be recovered.

3. Submit and View History

After the withdrawal is submitted, you can scroll down on the current page to view the History.

You can check relevant withdrawal information and real-time status. The funds will be credited upon completion of the withdrawal.
