1. Important Notes Before Card Closure
Card closure is irreversible. Once closed, the card can no longer be used for payments, subscriptions, pre-authorizations, or card linking. Related funds will be settled in accordance with these Terms and the rules displayed on the page. Original card information, the card number, and related bindings cannot be restored or reused. Reapplying for a card may require resubmission of application materials and will be subject to the platform’s current card issuance rules.

2. Closure Requirements
Before applying for card closure, please ensure that the following items have been properly resolved. Any pending transactions, refunds, pre-authorizations, or other unsettled matters may affect the processing time of the closure request or the settlement of the remaining card balance.

There are no pending transactions, refund orders, or unsettled transactions;

There are no outstanding deposits or pre-authorized transactions;

All subscriptions and automatic payment authorizations linked to the card have been canceled;
3. Balance Refund
Upon card closure, the system will calculate the estimated refund amount based on your current card balance and the applicable closure fee, and the funds will be returned to your card account according to the instructions displayed on the page. Before submitting your request, please carefully review all amounts and refund method details shown in the “Balance Handling” section on the closure page.
4. Processing Time and Result Explanation

After the closure request is submitted, the card closure and balance refund are generally completed within 3–15 business days. Actual processing times may be affected by transaction status, refund progress, card network settlement processes, or public holidays.

If any charges, refunds, or other fund movements occur during the closure process, the closure result or balance refund may be delayed. Please make sure to disable or resolve any potential future transactions in advance.

If the card is involved in abnormal transactions, risk control reviews, dispute handling, or any other situations requiring further verification, the platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the closure request.
