For now, manual card deletion is not supported. However, if the user wants to restrict the card status, they can manually freeze the operation.
Users can manually freeze the card (entering a restricted consumption state) from the “My Cards” interface. The freeze confirmation process requires a wallet on-chain signature. Once frozen, the card cannot be linked or used for spending.
After manually freezing the card, you can also manually unfreeze it.
If your card is frozen for other reasons, please contact the BenPay official Client Server. You may need to reapply for the card.
If your BenPay Card is lost or stolen, please contact the official BenPay Client Server.
