Card Freezing Guide

Users can manually freeze (in a restricted consumption state) on the My Card operation interface. The freeze confirmation process requires a signature on the wallet chain. After manually freezing the card, you can also manually unfreeze the card.
 
The specific freezing process is as follows:
Go to the My Cards page and click More
 
After clicking "More," click "Freeze" to enter the wallet signature authorization and password.
 
 
If your card is frozen for other reasons, please contact the BenPay official Client Server. You may need to reapply for the card.
