Explanation: The following guide primarily demonstrates the web-based bridge-in process. The process on the App is basically the same; you just need to enter the cross-chain bridge DApp address in the DApp browser of your third-party wallet.
Step 1: Access the Bridge and Select Assets
-
Open the official BenFen Bridge address in your browser:
https://www.benpay.com/bridge
-
On the bridge page, select the source chain and the token you need to bridge in.

Step 2: Connect Wallets
-
Click [Connect (Source Chain) Wallet].
-
Note: For web-based operations, you must first install the wallet extension for the corresponding source chain in your browser.
-
-
Then, click [Connect Benfen Mainnet Wallet] and log in to your BenPay wallet using one of the three available methods:
-
ZK-Login (Recommended — Create & log in with your Google or Apple ID)
-
OB-Wallet (MPC Wallet)
-
Mnemonic Phrase
-
-
Wallet Support Details:
-
EVM Chains: Supports mainstream wallet extensions like MetaMask.
-
BTC Chain: Supports OB/OKX wallet extensions.
-
BenFen Chain: Supports the three BenPay login methods mentioned above.
-

Step 3: Approve and Transact
-
After successfully connecting both wallets, if this is your first time performing a bridge-in operation for this token, first click the Approve Token button and complete the cross-chain approval for the token according to your wallet's prompts.
-
After the approval is successful, enter the amount you wish to bridge in.
-
Click [Confirm Trade] and follow the steps in your wallet extension to confirm the transaction.
-
Fee Explanation:
-
To perform a bridge-in transaction, you only need to have enough of the source chain's native token in your wallet for gas fees.
-
The BenFen Bridge does not charge any additional service fees.
-

Step 4: View Records and Confirm Arrival
-
After submitting the transaction, you can scroll down on the current page to view the record and status of this and past cross-chain transactions.
-
After waiting for the transaction to be fully confirmed on-chain, you can view the arrived assets on the "Dashboard" in your BenPay wallet.
